Endodontic Associates Dental Group welcomes Dr. Keating after receiving his DDS from University of California, San Francisco in 2009 and his Certificate of Specialization in Endodontics from University of California, Los Angeles in 2011.
Endodontic Associates implements patient satisfaction survey in offices and online
Patient feedback is important to us! In 2009, Endondontic Associates implemented a Patient Satisfaction Survey to gather ongoing comments from patients visiting our offices. We think of our office as an extension of our referring doctors' offices and, therefore, are providing a way to measure ongoing satisfaction among patients.
